This project aimed to optimize ShippyPro’s onboarding process by addressing key challenges encountered.

These challenges included excessive signup steps, low lead quality, and a high drop-off rate during setup.

The team, consisting of a Product Manager, a design team led by me, and developers, used the Design Thinking methodology to define objectives such as enhancing lead quality, reducing setup time, and improving user satisfaction.

Research insights, data analysis, and user feedback were pivotal in devising design solutions that led to noticeable improvements in metrics such as registration time, conversion rate (CR), and customer satisfaction.
